RETFAR Entertainment, the theatrical producers who brought us the long-running and sell-out Irish dance production "THE RHYTHMS OF IRELAND", proudly presents "CELTIC ILLUSION", an outstanding dance production that combines a fusion of contemporary Irish dance and music with grand scale illusions, thus making it a unique performance concept that sets it apart from all other dance shows. From the very second the lights go down the audience embarks on an adventure where anything is possible and the world of dreams becomes reality, instantly captivating with the first magical appearance of the lead dancer surrounded by the cast on a raised platform. This feat sets the tone for the rest of the show – you should expect surprises at every twist and turn. The stage comes alive as champion dancers effortlessly grace the stage, moving as one, creating thunderous rhythms that will leave you unable to sit still! "CELTIC ILLUSION" is touring nationally in October and November 2013.

Each routine in "CELTIC ILLUSION" has an individually stylised look and feel, created by Lead Male Dancer Anthony Street, which is complimented by a bold, lush and modern musical score arranged and composed by Angela Little. Anthony Street demonstrates his belief in the music being the heart and soul of each routine by staying true to the Irish genre but also pushing the boundaries giving the score an energetic and contemporary Celtic feel. “It was important that I chose the right composer for this show. I believe it’s the music that takes the choreography to a more complete artistic level. Having Angela compose the music was the best move I made in making this show. Angela instinctively and creatively knew exactly what I had in my mind and I couldn’t be happier.”

The Creative forces behind "CELTIC ILLUSION" is Lead Male Dancer Anthony Street from "Lord Of The Dance", Lead Female Dancer Peta Anderson from "Riverdance" and Angela Little, a multi-talented composer, singer, orchestral arranger, songwriter and pianist. She is best known work to date was on Baz Luhrmann’s epic film “Australia” for which she co-composed and scored additional music for the film (Comprehensive biographies are available upon request). Together they are a formidable creative team behind the acclaimed "CELTIC ILLUSION", a production that is is constantly evolving and growing.

"CELTIC ILLUSION" is staged in such a way that it has endless potential. New illusions are constantly being added to the spectacular show and new routines are being choreographed or modified. It is truly an explosive creative force that is simply unstoppable and is growing to be one of the biggest dance shows in the world!
